Giving alliance some advantages for faction balance

Hello ,
we all know that since day 1 we've seen more horde players than alliance , and now it's becoming worse .The board blocked the creation of new horde characters , but tbh i don't think that it's a good solution , or even a solution , why? Because with this 'solution' , new players will not be able to join their friends if they're Horde .My case for exp , my arena mate was coming to play in warmane and now he can't since i'm horde. And we're not even talking about horde players who wants to Re-roll.
I think that giving alliance some serious advantages is THE way to deal with our problem :
- Giving them 50% discounts on 100% ground mounts/60% flying mounts.(not the 280% though).
- Giving them a vanity item /mount when they hit 70 .
-XP boost for the alliance , as it becomes x7 (like icecrown)for the alliance and x3 or 4 for the horde .
- Making alliance begin from level 40 or 50 or even 58 temporarly until we see a good H/A ratio .
-Queue skip for alliance players temporarly until we have a good H/A ratio.

Here are some solutions , i mean of course not all of them but one or a few will really help the server and solve the factions ratio issue,but not the idea of blocking char creation ,a lot of players won't come if they'll feel themselves forced .

Maybe just re-roll alliance with your friend instead... Or faction change to alliance and let your friend roll ally :)

Horde queues will take literal hours if something isn't done, not to mention the insane amount of ganking against the Alliance.

of course ,we have a problem , that's a fact ,i'm discussing the method used to resolve the problem though.

Will they give out these mounts and stuff to Horde players who didn't get these advantages when the realm becomes balanced? It would appear unfair to let the alliance keep them after it becomes balanced.

I didn't make any alts and now I'm stuck with just one Horde character. So yeah, I feel your pain. I was planning on alting a tank because it takes me half an hour to find one currently, even with 9k Horde online (I swear, people are absolutely mind****ed not rolling tanks in MMO games, seriously). And so now I'm stuck with my Rshammy until the faction ratio gets better (which will never happen, let's be honest). And before you ask - NO, I'm not going to faction-change to a space-goat shaman... I'd rather delete my character.
