Donation - text code

Good aftenoon,

I tried to make a donation by card. After filling all the details and proceed, a message came up asking to introduce a code that would be sent to my phone.
However I don't think I ever provided a phone number, nor do I have the option to change that number in my account neither.
Seemingly the donation cannot be done if I don't introduce that "code sent to my phone".
What am I missing?
