Since Horde creation is disabled. When is faction change coming thorugh for them

If I am being force to create and level an alliance character. Will we get the faction change to Horde later on when balancing is fixed?

Maybe, but personally I'd expect that if an imbalance the other way happened, not before. Opening faction transfers to Horde because things got closer to stable would be shooting our foot.
