Burning Crusade Mount level 30 saying its for 40

Im playing on outland, bought my riding skill and bought a mount, but the mount says: "requires level 40" which should be 30?
I already reloaded my uit and deleted my wtf folder, both didnt help.

I haven't played on Outland before so no idea, but why should it be 30? Unless it's something server specific, TBC has req lvl 40 for mounts.

Edit: Oh yeah, you said you bought the riding skill, then I'm guessing it is some server specific thing where it's supposed to be 30, no idea then sorry.

Me and my friends came across this last night. The 3 of us just hit level 30 and all went to get our mounts. I, a Human Priest, went and grabbed a Pinto horse. Our rogue, a night elf, went and grabbed one of those nightsabers. Our 3rd, a gnome mage, went and got a green mechanostrider... which said required level 40. In the tooltip, the rogue and I saw that it said Requires Level 30. But on the gnome mage's computer, he was unable to ride the mount because it said required level 40.
