Donated, no coins or queueskip for 20 minutes.

    Hey there!

I tried creating a ticket but the only category available was for ban appeals.

I recently donated and it's been reserved on my bank account so the payment went through, yet my queue skip isn't working yet nor do I have any coins. What do I do?

If you didn't receive coins yet, the transaction hasn't fully went through with Paymentwall. If you used a bank transfer, be aware those can take up to 3-5 business days (weekends don't count) for your bank to fully process it. That's nothing on Paymentwall either, it's standard bank procedure for certain bank transfers.

I just used the standard cardpayment option, didn't wire it. It also says on my bank account history that the money got processed.

So... What now? Since it says my money got processed, I'm not really going to go and pay again... And I can't login either and play since I just move up in the queue, not down (not sure how that's possible but it's true).

Edit: Don't mean to rush but my est. queue time is 380 minutes so it's not like I can play until this gets fixed, and I paid specifically to play now because I don't have much free time.

As I said, if you didn't receive coins, it means your transaction is still in Paymentwall's hands. You can contact their Support if you want to inquire them about why it hasn't been fully processed by them yet.

What's this paymentwall? And where do I contact them? Barely any info on this site. The support site only lets you appeal bans.

Edit: So paymentwall is a money middleman. I have no interaction with them, it's not my place to contact them regarding this, it's on your end, you are the ones who use them to handle your transactions. I run a company with e commerce as well and it would be ridiculous to ask a customer to contact Braintree themselves and inquire about status on my transactions, for the customer I am the one they should turn to or their chosen bank (PayPal or national bank), not a backend middle man that I choose to use...

Paymentwall is the company that processes all donations made to us. It's their widget that opens when you go donate, as evidenced by their logo and the external connection made by it. Their webpage is https://www.paymentwall.com/

I don't use them, they are not my bank, nor do I have any interaction with them. They are your middle man, you choose to use them and you are the ones who should be in contact with them regarding these things. Are you serious?

Then feel free to send an email to [email protected] telling our Support that you want them to contact Paymentwall's Support.
