What is this blasphemy? Donate 10$ to skip queue and can't make Tauren warrior?

EDIT: I tried to make a Dwarf warrior and it worked? Should I open a bug report in game for this?

If you look on the main page it says that you are not able to create horde characters.

Since the server is populated mostly by horde players

I do not say this sorry, I didn't see horde creation disabled I guess I will go Alliance then for now. My friend will be playing later with me will he be able to make Alliance character then?
