World PvP Suggestion?

I've only ever played a WoTLK 3.3.5a server beforehand, so I'm just looking for suggestions on which server to choose regardless of content regarding Openworld PvP, but occasional Arena/BG. Still fairly new to WoW as well; I tried Icecrown but it said it was a Raid server. Is that what I'm looking for? Any help is greatly appreciated regardless, thanks.

Looking for a NA server too as well, don't know where each server is located here.

Also, if this thread is in the wrong location, feel free to move it.

1.Icecrown is everything but some ppl avoids it because you can buy some really powerful gear with real money.It still has the biggest player based because of the x7 rates.
2.Lordaeron is an x1 realm witout cash shop , but you can still buy full/partial geared characters . Prices are what one might say "Damn son!" to keep things balanced , i for one am ok with ppl having to pay 200 dolars for a not bis char.
3. Blackrock when i checked it was only pvp related , insta 80 with starting stuff free , feel free to correct me.

I for one playing Lordaeron and loving it , few things that a pvp lover should know about the realm :
10-19 bracket is active , did not played much but when i did play it if its eu middle of the day u can get que in 1-20 minutes.
Brackets untill 70 are damn random , can pass 1 hour whitout an que pop and one time i logged an 34 and this happend
CHECK THE LOCAL TIME!!!

Zones are much like it was on live , you find leveling ppl and pvp will happen.We dont have the icecrown population , but ppl speed lvl trough the zones , if pvp happends its just with new guys dinged the apropiate lvl and coming to your zone. In here chances are you bumping into same person multiple times , and i like the revenge chance opportunity that brings.
70-79 is again a very active que with some ppl really dedicated to it
80 que is pretty much like it was on live , small que wait time untill eu ppl goes to sleep. 2v2 is popular , others not so much tho 3v3 still has his peak , im guessing right after points flush.

So TL/DR Icecrown is ok but you might get an experience like me when there were 5 shadowmournes in a 20 players map , not saying thats always the case.
But i'm 21k kills on Lodareon main and still enjoing it.
