Burning Crusade Dark Leather Boots

These are low level leather boots crafted from leatherworking. Currently, I see them as a white quality item in my crafting list. On live and in prior expansions this was a green quality item that increased agility by 5. Any possible fix incoming? It's not a major issue, but would be a good fix.

Same goes for other craftables which were buffed on TBC but remain with the vanilla stats on Outland.
