Nope, these models are for Wotlk only and Finsternis (the modder) has no plans to do such work for TBC as far as I know.

I have some problem with the sound of laughing when I write "lol" (mute) but its ok when I write "/lol"
Is there a solution for this already? (I'm using Patches A, K, F and G)

Yea, but I think the modder said "that is how Legion is". He said he will "tone it down a little" later. Maybe it will happen.

It was done, he scaled a bit but still not enough imho :)

Are the enlarged effects on blood elfs fixed, such as 20x sized roots, Shadowmourne proc flash bomb, and the ohers.

The smourne proc is fixed. I still dunno regarding other effects

Roots are fixed, it seems to have been the same problem that caused big Shadowmourne explosions, now that scale is adjusted it applies to everything.
