It would because, due to the large population, players will form queues for spawns and resources, being unable/unwilling to fight and compete for them. 15k is a population large enough to satisfy the needs of 4 TBC realms no problem. Here we have all those 15k players in one realm. So it's not just about faction imbalance, it's also about overpopulation. Which is why Warmane's decision to lock out Horde character creation was a good one. Now we have to wait and see how it will play out.
Too bad I only have one character on Outland. Only one Horde shammy... So now if I want to alt I can't alt on Horde.

transferred from horde to alliance and biggest mistake out. 7 to 1 in outlands and horde camping low level questing NPC.s in HellFire. its impossible to level this way. i rather quit and go play MOP, or maybe all aliens quit and we make it 1 big horde only sever. = no one to camp or gank . one big happy family and no crying. Then all can make horde characters, what fun will that be.
Just make it a pve only zone till things are balanced and stop the inconsiderate players from harassing lobees that is leveling. a lot of ppl will quit on alliance side.Edited: June 4, 2017

Lets hope things will get better now. As a horde i never ganked alliance while leveling, actually helping them, i got ganked by alliance few times, but damn when i started alliance, got ganked so may damn times...
