Faction change does not work

Hey guys, i don't know if you are experiencing the same problems but, when I go and select char and "agree" that I'm purchasing a faction change it tells me to select the race and appeareance of the new char, then I press that Little window to select the features and the only thing available is : "select character", is it really working? Or am I the only one having these troubles.

You need to make a character on the opposite faction that you want you char to look like, then log out and go to the faction change page.

in the drop down select the newly created char and it will copy horde > ally or vice versa
