The service person on this website just answered at ticket of mine. He didnt read the problem right and didnt help me in anyway and i waited 6 hours for that.
I am pretty angry, i support the server and website through donatiosn and that is all i get? Now i wrote a reply and have to wait 6 hours again?
There is something wrong, how can the be so incompetent and not even read my problem right.

The problem was regarding coins that are locked for no reason, even though i didnt obtain them through GIFTING or TRADING.
He didnt check anything he told me i have 25 coins locked, i dont even have 25 coins i have 16, there is a problem in itself already.
Of these coins 6 are obtained through trade and 10 through donations.


PLease some Moderator here help me out, i spend money to support you guys and i should be able to use my coins and not let some guys wishywashy answer porblems which he didnt even look into.
