My alts and items are gone

Hey, on my acc I had some others character, forexample named Lottar where I had a lot of enchanting and tailoring items. Now I don't have on acc that character. There was just 1lvl char without name so I'd tryed to name it again but items are gone. Do u have any idea how it is possible? Thanks =(

They did an inactivity purge. As for getting stuff back, gm ticket maybe. Or the restore on the site.

How can I do restore by my self? I post gm ticket but maybe it will be better for everyone to do by my self.

You can't restore characters that were affected by the inactivity clean up or their inventories.
