Burning Crusade hacked, but no reply from you?

I was hacked about a week ago. I got in contact with one of your admins, who would restore my account, gold etc asap.. He haven't done so and me and my friends keeps waiting.. I've bumped the thread, contacted from other account, made a new ticket and nothing seems to happen. I have donated and I find it really frustrating not being able to play with friend on an account I've donated for..

Can you please fix this soon? Kinda feel like you're leaving me in the dark...
