Burning Crusade Open ticket for 2 days closed with no response

I had a ticket open for 2 days about me not getting rep after doing the introductory Aldor quest. Logged back in today to see it was closed and I had blank mail. Can someone please tell me whats going on with this I should have to grind 140 marks of Kil'jaden just to get to the rep I should be at after this quest

As for tickets - we are experiencing high load of them (for various reasons) but they never reached 5 days as one of you mentioned. Currently they are reaching 2 days max and all are being answered to. The only issue is that some mail replies are not properly delivered but that's small fraction and devs will need to fix this issue.

That's probably what happened with your ticket.

About the problem itself:
GMs don't deal with bugs. Bugs have to be reported on bug tracker. And you won't be given the missing reputation so you will have to find another way to get it.

So basically im going to have to farm for hours because a quest bugged for me but not for anyone else

Yes, they won't do anything about a quest that bugged for you unless it stops you from playing the character properly, like some class quests might. In this case you can get the reputation yourself in other ways so it does not have any permanent impact on your character if a GM does not help you with it.
