I have tried to pay 10 euros for the que skip but after an 2 hours my account has not changed and I still cannot skip the que. Is there a way to talk to support about it in anyway? i tried to submit a ticket but theres only a category for bans and not account issues.

I am wondering if my donation went through, I keep getting an error when i attempt to donate. I was also wondering how i can purchase coins? I want to purchase a character with coins and start playing on outland server.
