Technical I can not appeal for my ban

Hello, regarding my ban. I just logged to check the TBC server( hype i know, heard good things) and as i wanted to recover my account and password i saw that my account is banned due to advertisement , well since i was inactive for a long period, kinda impossible to be me. Somehow, someone got into my account and did that , in my activity on the server i doubt i did any thing illegal, even cursing i think i didn't lol. And i can not appeal for the ban, doesn't let me select a ban reason, hence i can not complete the ticket.

My logins are only from Romania, and from Qatar(where i work now).

I would require your help so i can get back int he game, thank you !
