I wish to know why my account is banned

I received a message saying that my account is banned for advertising but I didn't advertise for anything i'm sure it's a mistake and warmane i really hope you revise it and tell me exactly what happened. I'm writing this because i tried to open a ticket with a ban appeal in it but it didn't work because i wasn't able to select a ban type and i really wish if you can tell me what happened exactly i'll be grateful if we can solve this problem together.
