trade character

Hi all,

I just bought a character from the market place.

However, the person who sold the character used fake advertisement, such as kara ready and attunement done.

Which is obviously unfair.

I couldnt find any information about it, it is possible for a chargeback for this? Unfortunately i forgot to take a picture about it when i bought it, but if i know right the admins can check the person account and they can check how they put up the infos.
