Burning Crusade I can not log in

I open the wow.exe file, I enter my account name and password and i cant log in to game. I also tried to run the file as administrator nothing happened as well. What should i do now?

What error message do you get ?

It's not actually an error message.. It says connecting and then unable to connect and i have two options Help and Okay..
