Outland green drops and dungeon blues

Did they nerf green drops in Outland?

When I first hit Outland at 54 I started killing Infernals and boars and had many green drops in just a half hour.

I took a break and from 64-70 I got one green drop. A pair of cloth shoulders in Nagrand.

Not to mention green drops in the old world.

I ran my twinks through a a bunch of old dungeons and the only green drops came from chests.

But I got 3 Shadowfangs in one run in SFK.

I have noticed this too. Greens stopped dropping after moving out of hellfire/zangarmarsh areas.

Drop rates are sporadic. When I'm farming fel arms, I'll get 2 in 10 minutes, then none for an hour.
