Yo, so after a year or so hiatus from the Lordaeron server I've come back to a server full of people wanting only the best geared people for their trivial raids and no one doing heroics, so I'm stuck with my Naxx gear. Unable to gear up to join the "pros". In addition to that, the RDF system is still disabled so I have to actively look for a group - which wouldn't be an issue apart from the fact that I've been looking for three dps for literally any HC of their choice for over half an hour.
So I was wondering if this server has a more active casual side like people pugging Ulduar or Naxx for people without full ICC gear? Or even just an active RDF where I can get some gear? If not, I'm pretty much stuck on Lordaeron without any way of gearing up. I'm in no position of joining a guild with a strict set of days where I have to attend as my schedule changes from week to week.

RDF HC is activ. Queue as tank proc within seconds while dds wait way longer. PUGs require rediclously high GS for anything. Something like 5,x GS for a Naxx/Ulduar run is very common. Even that ICC 10 nh is designed for T9 gear (with 30% buff it gets easier) PUGs mostly accept only full ICC geared people.
PUG situation is bad, full of people who need to be outgeared to play on the given level. But there are a lot of guilds with a relaxed raid chedule, no need to attend every raid, or other things that pure progressen guild require.
