Hello! Our guild killed maggy tonight and I managed to loot Magtheridon's head via roll. The problem is - maggy dropped 2 heads, one was bugged and unlootable, second - lootable, but for other faction. I wonder if I can have a replacement and what do I need to do for it?

What will happen now is that once that bug is fixed is you will able to properly loot the head.

I know a person, who posted this earlier and got refunded with the proper head via mail. That's what we are expecting here.

I have the same problem, looted the head, tried to accept q, and it said:"The quest is not available to your race."

That fix just means that the correct head will drop from now. If you already have the wrong head you should open a ticket asking for it to be replaced with the correct one.

Problem is - that fix was not there yesterday. Tickets take eternity to be answered, thats why we are asking for assistance here!
