Burning Crusade Realm transfer after leveling ?

Is it possible to realm transfer a toon after leveling? I am on thr 1x TBC now, enjoying the good old days of teaming up on mobs, and working on the groups quests like it used be before facerolling was the norm.

but after i hit 70, i would like to know if i can move over to the 5x server with the toon.. or if i have to start over.
