Burning Crusade Is this banable?

Hello,
I was playing 2s arena to get my weekly arena points.
I'm going on vacation so this was my only opportunity to get them.
I played with a priest called Peanutx, and after we went 10-7, i thought it was all fine.
Then the next day i had to check something real quick before vacation, and I find out he have kicked me from team. Now I won't get my arena points and have no time whatsoever to get new points.

Please tell me this is banable for some days or something cause it is ****ing bm and im furious
