Can't recover my Account.

Hey,

I played like a year ago on this server and I wanted to start again, but i cannot login into my account.
I also tried to reset my passwort, but it just doesnt work for me.
I get an error " {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}} " when I try reseting my passwort.
