New player questions

Hello, im wondering if i make a Character on Mediv will i be able to play the character on outland too or are the characters restricted to their own server?

I dont want to be forced to play on a small pop. server neither do i want to wait 5 hours everytime i want to play on outland.


Also i havent really read much about this servers settings but i read something about dual spec? Afaik this wasnt a thing in tbc but nevertheless its a great addition but it makes me wonder what other changes there are compared to blizz?

Also general tips or hints regarding this server are welcome.

If you make a char on mediv u can't plan that char on outland - don't really know why u would think that?

Yes dualspec is available - besides that alliance get 50% more honor rep and xp until August cause of imbalance they're trying to balance
