Right how about the 6-7 horde 70s at Cenarion refuge who sit on their flyers and wait for ally 63 or 64s to leave the camp and constantly camp em ... but anything higher and horde wont bother

Let them gank. They certainly aren't winning any battlegrounds or rating. They have to get their fun somewhere.

Most private servers don't make PvE servers and yet the majority of the population don't pvp outside of battlegrounds / kill players that don't yield honour. Just those few "special" players that enjoy killing low players trying to level.

Well, ask for a a PvE server then. But this is the nature of PvP servers, deal with it like the rest of us.
