For the last 2 days i am trying to donate without success.
I have tried with 2 of mine, and 2 visas from my friends, and none of those were accepted.
After filling in the form for donation, i get message "We were unable to authorize your card."

It's just kind of the way Paymentwall is.
I've been trying to pay 50 euros since the 7th. I had to send in 6 pictures to get them to whitelist my face and credit cards, but are still declining my payments. Unfortunately, if you try multiple times, they may end up charging you for it later. They're really slow at processing payments and even when a payment fails (if it's authorized but they decline it), they take your money and it can take about a month for them to refund it.
I tried the same card six times before it was authorized and then they declined it due to not enough pictures of my credit card on file. So now I'm starting the process over again.
Paymentwall is suuuuper shady, but alas, it's the only option. Fingers crossed Warmane opens up bitcoin payments at some point. Heck, even if there was a regular payment method where we had to front a 15% handling fee, I'd be more willing to do that than deal with the hassle of Paymentwall at this point.

There have been issues with donations for long time already. You might have to contact Paymentwall support if it does not accept your card. More information is available here.

I don't understand why they would continue to use a company that has proven to be a nuisance to customers in the past. I want to give them my money, but they won't let me. I tried to make the donation 3 or 4 times now with a failed message. The last one I attempted I made a paymentwall account and it has the transaction logged as "Initiated". I am just hoping that none of them go through at this point because I don't want to support paymentwall anymore.
Warmane, please open up alternate donation options and you will make more money.

100% agree. My arguments for bitcoin has been this:
1) Transaction fees are lower than accepting credit cards. BTC fees are anywhere between about $0.30 and $0.90 for $50, depending on how fast you want the transaction confirmed. The same transaction from a credit card is about $1.75 in fees.
2) It is literally impossible to charge back bitcoins. They're virtual cash. It's pretty much the only payment method with no risk to merchants.
3) BTC payment providers are incredibly easy to use these days, and can convert BTC back into your native currency at transaction time. BitPay and Coinbase offer robust APIs and pre-existing libraries so the only code you'd have to write is granting a user coins after a transaction is confirmed. Depending on how your site's back-end is coded, you could probably do in 30-100 lines of code.
With BTC, Warmane would get more money per transaction due to the lower fees, and anyone could use it. Larger audience, lower fees, easy to setup... what's not to love?

I tried using several different Mastercard credit cards this morning, none of which worked.
I thought maybe it was an issue with my account, so I created a second account and tried again - it still failed.
To my horror, after logging into my online banking, I noticed that each of the credit cards I used have multiple TEMP charges showing on them... with no refund having been processed (yet)...
I only wanted to donate $10.00 once, not 6-8 times...
Who do I talk to about this, to make sure that these charges are refunded? I'm afraid they'll post to the credit card, and I'd rather not have to go through the process of disputing the charges.
I can't make a ticket for the mods here, since the only category is "Ban Appeal". Is warmane staff even the people I should be talking to, or can they do nothing?
