Forum my account has been ban clearly for no reason at all

my account has just been ban for no reason and i have no idea what going on .
they said my account was found to be quite clearly involved in Wintrading / malicious Arena activity. but first i havent play arena for few weeks, and last time i played arena was with some random ppl from global channel and they invite me to just play 10 games. u know for some arena point. but u guys said i was involved some kind of **** recently . but if u check the history u can find out that i didnt even play with them at all . i just join the team . i mean for real, that is a big mistake. i cant just ban some one with no prove, i wasnt even often online in past a week, so plz if u said it was clearly , so show me how could i been involved in some malicious arena activity if i dont even **** play even one game of arena, u cant just ban some1 cuz he knows some *****s ,ok? i dont even get any benifit form this and that is so ridiculous.
so plz if u cant watch this just reply me with the evidence that i was in that arena game. ok ?

thx but ive already did everything , the support ticket refuse me with the same reason that clearly not check, and the [email protected] email wont reply me . :(

Bringing this issue up on the forum after getting refused by support already is not gonna help you in any way as forum staff does not deal with in game bans. Support has last word when it comes to ban appeals and you will have to respect their decision.
