I have this problem. I went Outland on lvl 58 and leveling as usual, but i dont recieve enough of exp from quests or killing monsters. I did all Q in Hellfire, Zangarmarsh and Terokkar, but im on lvl 64. And that´s wierd bcs i usually skip Terokkar and go straight from Zang to Nagrand. I had many 70 characters on blizzlike TBC servers (1x exp) and never had this problem.
Is it bcs im Alliance now? Always played Horde and had enough exp to skip Tarokkar, Bladedge and Shadowmoon.
Many leveling improvements have been made for the old world.
"The amount of experience needed to gain a level has been decreased between levels 20 and 60. In addition, the amount of experience granted by quests has been increased between levels 30 and 60.
Level 1-60 dungeon quests have had their experience and faction rewards increased.
Many elite creatures and quests in the level 1-60 experience have been changed to accommodate solo play"
Azeroth was fine. Problem is Outland itself. The thig is dat other players doesnt have this problem. And i rly did all Q possible, even for Sporeggar etc. Every single Q.
I’m 1 bar away from 64 now and currently started in Terrokar. So don’t see the problem.
Did you do dungeons? and the quests associated with them? Also do you park your toon in a inn when you log out, always feel this makes a huge difference to lvling when you get as much rested bonus as possible. I even skipped some annoying quests in zangarmarch(hate that place.)
This is exactly what im talking about :D i didnt skip a Q, i did all anoying Q too, 10% from event is up all the time, but stilll 64 15% started Nagrand.
Nothing wrong there if i remember well. 64 Nagrand , almost 66 for Blade Edge and have to be 67 ( a friend had to bash 67 to get those) to begin quests in Netherstrom. Good luck
