Burning Crusade Combat Leveling build and Poisons

Im currently level 30.

This is the spec i use as combat.

What i do is i rush to mobs. SS until 5 combo points than Evacirate. I use riposte everytime its up.

I use Instant poisons on both Swords.

My questions is this.

1.What poisons should i use on weapons for fastest leveling? Instant?

2.Should i use Slice and Dice after 1 Combo point from sinister strike? Or just spam Sinister strike,use riposte then, Eviscirate?

This is the spec I would go for with imp s&d. Start with garrote + s&d, full rupture. Keep s&d and rupture up and use deadly poison.
