So i was thinking of buying my little brother a level 70 of outland store. Its around 60 coins so if my brother makes an account i can only send him 10 coins then it caps for some reason. If i buy the charachter from market for 60 coins won't it just end up in my accounts charachter selection realm and be a waste since my charachter is better and he can't play on my account when im playing so is there a way to buy him the chrachter off the market place??

Not sure about why you would only be able to send 10 coins, but your brother's account needs to be a donor one to use Character Trading if I recall it correctly.

how many Coins do you have on your account? if you are able to send only 10 coins then you need to wait a few hours to be able to send an higher amount ( the coins you gained via Trade are locked for 72 hours).
Anyway your brother need to be donor to be able to buy a character.

Ya that covered both my questions its why my coins are locked guess have to wait 3 days each time Zzzzzz. So if i buy him donor status then i can trade him coins and he can just buy a chrachter out of trade?

Yes. But remember he will also be trading coins with another player, so he will have to wait 72 hours himself before he can use them for buying a character.
