Lost Wow.exe

So guys recently i had a problem with HDD on which my tbc wow was on. It was locked somehow and changed to ntfs type file. Took me 2days to recover the drive and when i finally did i had no wow.exe in my wow folder. To be honest I had wow.exe but no icon on it and it had 0bytes so yeah. Wondering if anyone could help me out by uploading the file and linking me to download or anything like that i would appreciate it a lot since I'm having trouble finding tbc launcher anywhere (or any launcher at all). I tried other launchers I had cuz I have every expansion separate for private servers but none worked obviously. Thanks in advance!
