WotLK Low fps/ frame lag in SOTA

I usually have steady 90-100fps even in AV and 200fps afking in SW but in SOTA my fps is so low it's literally unplayeble.

My machine is a laptop i5 16gb ram nvdia 960 wow is on a SSD.

ADDONS:
bartender4, chatter, cheese, clearfont, combat log fixer, debuff filter, doom cd pulse, gearscore, gladimish, gladius, lose control, omnicc, PAB, platebuffs, postal, purgeatory, tidy plates, wowequip, dbm, recount

well, just try to disable all of your addons and join a SOTA. In this way you will figure out if the problem is caused by an addon
