Banned but not really banned but still banned.

My account (this one) has been banned for 12 years for reasons totally unrelated to me.

However, i can still log into the wow servers, i can still post on the forum.

Also, i can not make a ban appeal as according to the system i am not banned.

What is going on? huh?

This was forwarded yesterday to the correct person, since the orientation of opening an in-game ticket wouldn't solve your issue.
