Problems with every aspect of the game

Okay, so i didn't have any sound in the game. I made a ticket about it, some gamemaster answered , i know his name started with T. So he told me to delete the cache folder and then if that doesn't work the WTF folder. Okay, i listened to the guy. Now i am stuck with missing cache and missing WTF folder, my sound isn't back, and my resolution addons and everything resets everytime i logout. No, i am not closing the game with Alt+F4. Please if the gamemaster wants to help me, then help me,don't make it even harder for me to play the game by telling me to do something that is going to **** up my setting completely.

I wanted to donate 10 euros to Warmane to help the server and avoid queue times, but i really don't have the desire to do that unless i solve this. If blue can answer me and help me solve this issue it would be great, only this time it would be nice if that didn't actually made it worse. Thanks in advance.

I'd probably re-download and reinstall the game.
Might fix your sound issue, and will at least fix your new addon issues.

Just copy paste your Interface/Addon folder into your new wow and take a moment to reconfig everything.

Have you tried hitting the keybind for sound off, sound on? ctl+s

Already deleted, gonna reinstall hope thats gonna fix all the issues, i'll report furthermore in about 2 hours.

Dude just reinstall the game. What's the issue. I've reinstalled my client twice already. It's just one of those things you do.
