    Allegiance to Scryer/Aldor Quest bug

    I completed the City of Light quest and chose the Allegiance to Scryers.
    Howerever after the turn in I was still 0/3000 netrual with Scryers but now undfriendly with Aldor. I was also not given the followup quest "Voren'thal the Seer" and I am stuck with only 1 repeatable rep quest for Scryers.
    My friend also chose Scryers with me however when he turned it in he was given friendly reputation and was given the followup quest "Voren'thal the Seer"

    This also happened to me currently, just noticed when I tried to go and exchange tomes.
