Reporting Bots: Needs a better reporting system

So I've been playing a shadow priest on Outland for a few weeks now, and I've reached a point gear/level-wise where I can compete for farming motes/Primals instead of eyeing them on the AH. However, every time I go to the locations of high level elementals, I find bots. I've started reporting suspicious "players" (for example, a druid that continued to rebuff MOTW and thorns every time he had the mana while I engaged him in an autoattack fight), but am quickly realizing the limitations of the ingame reporting system, namely the character(letter) limit, and the GM response time. Each ticket I put in takes several hours (8+) to be responded to, regardless of the time of day I report, and if I continue to incur bots at new locations, then I can't possibly fit in all the information into one ticket. I've enjoyed my time here, but am beginning to wonder how seriously the bot problem is being handled.

Is anyone else facing similar challenges?

Yep, I've reported 3-4 bots. Seems to be a big problem here.

I hate when i see multiple bots, but only have soo much space in a ticket
