    Clearcasting(mage) never procs on AoE? wtf

    Clearcasting(mage) never seems to proc on AoE, wtf is goin on?

    Can not confirm. Was farming SM the last few days for cloth, procs very often.

    I have noticed it only procs on a spell cast and not on spell damage. So if it procs, it will proc as soon as you cast blizzard, but wont proc again until blizzard is cast again.
