WotLK Graphic settings wont save on WOTLK client.

Hello fellow warmane players & staff.

I've been playing on this server on and off for about 3-4 years.

But now it seems that my graphic settings, sound settings and UI Scale wont save each time i close the game (not ALT-F4) etc.
How do I make the game save the changes I do? Been trying to run it administrator aswell and that didn't work.

Any tips is greatly appreaciated.

Right click on your World of warcraft, Select properties and uncheck a box that says "Read only" then select apply and you should be ready to go.

Lets reset the game to default settings and then test out the game. This will remove any settings there currently, but the new folders the game creates should allow you to make changes and save settings.

With the game closed please go to the World of Warcraft directory and move your WTF, CACHE, and INTERFACE folders. Moving them to the desktop makes it easy to replace them if desired.

Got the same problem.
the config.wtf is read only. go to your wow folder -> WTF -> there you should see the config.wtf. rightclick, properties and unmark read only. thats it.

That's what I did when i got that issue, tho i did it on WTF folder itself.
