Good morning,

Sorry for bothering the Warmane staff with my Account issues, but recently i've been informed that my account got a permanent ban.
The reason that my account is banned is because i've been suspected for using a Fishing Bot.
The reason i am writing this ticket is because i want a reconsideration for this ban.
I never have used any Fishing Bot or other bots. And that's the main reason i was asking that to the forums, just so i can be a correct player/user and not use anything is against the rules.
I've tried to contact the Warmane Support & Q/A, to ask the same thing, if the Fishing Bot is allowed to be used on the servers.
After my post, my account got banned.
I've been creating the post after i was actually surprised when a GM told me that the Fishing bot is allowed to be used.
So that's my exactly main reason i've been asking that on the Warmane Support, since it was a conflict between the GM saying and the rules, and i wanted to be sure.

So i really wanted to be a fair user and ask questions before doing anything stupid.
I accepted the 30 days ban for asking questions like that on the forum and in the game, but since i only wanted to be a fair user and i didnt use any Fishing bot or other bots, i really think that a permanent ban it's really not fair.
I am really NOT a bad example for the community, i only wanted to make the things right.
If i wouldnt care, i wouldnt have post anything and i wouldnt have asked anything.

If this is some sort of ban appeal, then don't do it on the forum but where they are supposed to be, either on website on your account or to email on [email protected]
