Technical Characters Gone

I cannot find any of my characters guys . I have done nothing wrong . all I did was traveling to work outside the country. and when I finally came back missing this game . I cannot find any character . please I need your assistance

Alright, let's try something. First of all make sure you are on the correct realm just to be sure of it. If you are and still no characters check on website, Go on My account>Services from there select realm and select "Character restore" option to see if you can select any characters to see. Let me know how it goes.

Still nothing . says no characters to restore . I didn't log it for a year and a half or kinda more ... I was travelling for work . but I came back and my char was gone . I checked the character restore and I chose the realm . nothing changed as well .

Did you left before merge of Deathwing and Ragnaros?

i was on Ragnaros . but now no chars are on the account . and thank you for your patience and your fast replies.

I really got nothing to do without my character... and I'm just staying here refreshing every minute hoping to hear back from you

Well, sadly you can't retrieve those characters back anymore. There was quite a period of time to have them but sadly you missed it, therefore well... you have to level up again.

so there's nothing I can do about it ? I had a lot of gears on it , spent a lot of time and effort to get them . what is this ? so I leave for business and my character gets deleted ?

There is something you can try, can't promise it will work but give it a shot. You can make email to [email protected] and explain your situation, I am sure they have backup files data for characters. So You can try this out and see what happens.
