Activity Rank

I noticed the other day that I could no longer collect daily points. It seems my activity rank has gone down. Correct me if im wrong but you get your activity ranking from achievements and such. So If im playing on the Outlands server where there are no achievement system, how do I keep my activity ranking up? Would I just have to log in to another server and get achievement points?
