Is Medivh Prenerf? Outland?

Looking to roll here and am just wondering if Medivh is Pre-nerf? Is outland post-nerf or are both realms the same? Really looking for clarification on the difficulty of each server. Thanks!

not exactly pre-nerf, aran doesnt do dragon's breath, magtheridon debuff only last 2 minutes, Shattered Halls Legionaire packs doesnt respawn on wipe

and the most blatant thing thats disturbing for me is ranged/caster mob AI thats need to be fixed

Medivh will offer the most challenge. still some bugs but they get fixed pretty fast. so come to Medivh :)

None of it is prenerf. It's custom buffed to do more damage which was not the case on retail.
