Help!! Eye of all storms not working!!

Hi guys i need help...
It seems that i can't finish Malfurion's Eye of all Storms Quest because Theressa is still in the cave after i finish her quest. I need to mount her to attack the twilight rider and the portal but she's not beside Malfurion :<

ANY HELP ON WHAT SHOULD I DO GUYS ?
