Anyone notice on how the mobs on Medivh at least on the vanilla content act all wonky.

they run extremely fast and the caster take like half you life with one shot

I would say caster behavior (and damage) are in line with retail. Or at least close. There is a short delay when they stand dumbfounded upon finishing a spell that you have LOSed but then run to restore LOS with you.
