Donated and No coins received ( Would like refund)

I have tried multiple times to donate for a certain amount of coins and the website consistently said that the transactions were not completed. Yet I called my bank and they said payments have been attempted. I have the authorisation codes for these transactions and was just wondering if i could get a refund. I have not received any coins.
