Alliance to Horde ratio

now I'm at 70 and I know we have an influx of new players but if the ratio for 1-60 is anywhere near as bad as 60-70 then we seriously need to do something about encouraging people to roll Alliance. I'm 70 and capped right before the influx of new players So I don't know what lower level content is like. opinions on faction ratio? It seems heavily geared towards Horde.
