Disable master loot in Heroics

Hey community,
Outland is currently a very unpleasent experience as a fresh level 70.
One of the most annoying things is that people keep reserving not only Primal Nethers, but also the most useful trinkets/epics/etc.
As result of that the only way to get an item is... to start your own group and reserve the items you need.
This results in an endless loop, where everyone is forced to be a scumbag to get his items.

My suggestion is simple , as the title states: Disable master loot in heroics.
That way people will be forced to roll for items , the way it should be.

Not going to happen. You don't have to join groups that have that set as a loot rule, nor are you forced in any way to start your own group with those rules.
